Electrical Arc Furnaces have many function and suitable for;
[1] Melting of scraps;
[2] Temperature control of liquid steel;
[3] Adjustment & control of chemical composition of liquid steel;
[4] Adding fluxes for desulphurization, de-phosphorization and de-oxygen to liquid steel;
[5] Pre-reduction via de-oxygen for reservation of chromes;
[6] To guarantee the production beat coordination of EAF with the ladle furnace, vacuum tank degassing plant and Argon-Oxygen decarburization plant as well as the continuous casting machine, etc. so as to realize continuous casting by multi-heats.
