Duly signed and sealed.
Seller reviews it and confirms any changes that need to be made in draft contract, if agreed issues final contract for signature
Buyer returns final contract signed and sealed via fax or email and buyer sends draft of their L/c for seller approval.
Buyer issues pre-advised L/c for the shipment value to seller bank
Seller issues non-operative performance bond for 2% and POP(proofof product)
Buyer issues operative L/c to activate the performance bond guarantee
Delivery and shipments commence as per contract.
